Most of our products are made-to-order to ensure you receive a high-quality, personalized item. Please allow 1-3 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Once your order is produced and ships, delivery times vary based on your location:
- United States: 3-7 business days via economy shipping
- Expedited shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—sign up for our email list to stay informed!
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for select items—please contact us for details.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
